Updating and encryption
Automatic Updates Automatic updates for PGP Desktop is enabled by default when PGP Desktop is installed.
When enabled, PGP Desktop checks for software updates automatically at the specified interval. If a newer version of PGP Desktop is available for download, a notification screen is displayed that lets you download the new version.
However, you will not be able to update as the update server is not available anymore.
If you are using a standalone version of PGP Desktop and you want to upgrade to a newer version, then please contact our Customer Care department.

After an Update Package is uploaded to the server, the PUP update file is displayed in Software Updates. After the upload is complete, it displays in the list of Software Updates. Click arrow icon below install to begin the installation and then click OK.
If your organization uses Windows Application Proxy (WAP) servers for your AD FS deployment, there's nothing else you need to do regarding Token-Signing and Token-Decrypting certificates.
WAP servers only use the Service Communications SSL cert.
Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) 3.0 is a server role included in Windows Server 2012 R2.
There are several documents and guides for replacing SSL, token-signing, and token-encryption certificates available for AD FS 2.0, but I couldn't find one for AD FS 3.0 so here it is.
More information on how to contact the Customer Care department can be found at the following link: If you are using PGP Whole Disk Encryption please note that the drive has to be either fully encrypted or fully decrypted.
